I specialize in off-plan real estate investments in Dubai. With over 8 years of experience in Canada and internationally, I bring a global perspective to everything I do backed by licenses in both Canada (residential & commercial) and Dubai (RERA-certified).
Before real estate, I worked as a general contractor, which gives me a deep understanding of what makes a property truly valuable not just on paper, but in structure, design, and long-term potential.
Today, through my brand Fort Dubai, I help international investors especially from Canada and Europe navigate the Dubai market with confidence. Whether you’re looking to build capital, diversify your portfolio, or secure a solid return, I’ll guide you through every step: from choosing the right project and analyzing payment plans to resale and rental strategies.

Having grown up across Toronto, New York City, and China, I bring a global perspective to the Dubai real estate market. With a degree in Software Engineering from McGill University and a background in consulting, I blend strategic insight with a personal, human approach.
